For more than 25 years Brookland Homes has built communities families across our region are proud to call home. Backed by over 50 years of local building experience, our founder John Armitage is one of the region’s most respected and knowledgeable homebuilders — having had a hand in thousands of homes across the area, including his own. That legacy guides everything we do.

We design and build homes that blend thoughtful floorplans, inspired design and durable craftsmanship to deliver lasting value. Our homes reflect high standards we’d insist on for our own families, and we stand behind them: if a defect appears, we fix it — no excuses.

Putting clients and community first is our operating principle. We invest where we build, sponsor youth programs, local teams and charitable causes, and treat our trades and staff with integrity and respect.
